Special Distinction for our Project!
On the 5th of December 2024, our project was among the TOP 10 at the conference summarizing the third edition of the Education Program.
The "Citizen journalism for enhancement of regional development. Development of the interdisciplinary curricula and implementation of teaching innovations" project was a two-year research and teaching initiative funded by the Education System Development Fund. The project was closed in February 2024.
Research report - Result of Intellectual Work No. 1
We present the first research report prepared as a part of the project: “Citizen journalism for enhancement of regional development. Development of interdisciplinary curricula and implementation of teaching innovations” (project EOG/21/K4/W/0089, Component IV - Institutional cooperation to improve the quality and adjustment of the educational offer at all levels and in all forms (excluding VET and continuing vocational education).
The work of an interdisciplinary team is underway
An interdisciplinary team of employees from the Department of Polish Studies and the Department of Neophilology of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, as well as employees from other faculties and departments, are working on the project “Citizen journalism for enhancement of regional development.
Citizen Journalism in University of Bielsko-Biala
On Friday, the 4th of March, a meeting of the team from our University was held to initiate the implementation of the project “Citizen journalism for enhancement of regional development.
The project of a new Polish philology specialization - "Citizen Journalism" - was approved by the verification committee. It assumes the creation of a new educational offer for BA and MA studies, its implementation and promotion, as well as the creation of an information portal.
